2. Service Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by phone, online, or in person are non-binding and subject to change upon a technician's on-site assessment. Final pricing will be provided before any work commences. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Emergency and after-hours service calls may incur additional fees.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Pennsylvania law.
5. Warranties
We warrant our labor for 30 days from the date of service. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Warranty coverage is void if the equipment is altered, misused, or damaged after our service. We make no warranty on equipment that is at or beyond its expected useful life.
6. Access to Premises
You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to your property and HVAC equipment. You represent that you have the authority to authorize service on the premises. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or inaccessible areas.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Lancaster AC Repair Pro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Website Use
